When calling the phone number on the member's ID Card it will give you a prompt to use this system, just follow the instructions. It will provide you with detailed claims history, eligibility, benefits on member in question.

You will not need login credentials only Provider Tax ID and member ID to get into system. It will provide you with detailed claims history, eligibility, benefits CPT and Revenue code look up on the member.
